The warranty on most of our products are covered by manufacturers. In the event the item damage during warranty period, the products will be send back to the suppliers. They will  identify the cause of the damage and they will determine if replacement should be proceed. Damage due to negligence and mishandling will not be covered. Claimant will bear the cost of shipping within the origin country of re-seller.
